If the person and family who have obtained the housing provided under this Act wish to return the housing due to the increase in their financial capacity or other reasons, such person and family may return such housing to the Government of Nepal, Provincial Government or Local Level, as the case may be, which has provided such housing. The person or family who so returns may be honored by the concerned body.
